About This Website

This website provides general information about APS Plastering and the plastering services we offer in Lowestoft, Beccles, and the surrounding Suffolk area, including plastering, skimming, artexing and covering, dry lining, rendering, and flat ceilings. The content is for general information only and does not constitute a formal offer, quote, or contract for work.

Quotations

• All quotes are free and carry no obligation. No deposit is required to book work with us.
• Any estimate or guideline price given before seeing the work in person is indicative only and is not binding.
• A written quotation is issued only after a survey or site visit, and is subject to the conditions found on site, including existing wall and ceiling condition, access, and moisture levels.
• Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.

Workmanship Guarantee

• All workmanship is covered by a 12-month guarantee from the date of completion.
• The guarantee covers defects in our workmanship, such as cracking or de-bonding caused by poor application.
• The guarantee does not cover damage caused by third parties, structural movement, damp, water ingress, settlement of new builds, accidental impact, or normal wear and tear.
• Repairs under the guarantee are limited to rectifying the affected work and do not extend to redecoration or consequential costs.

Limitation of Liability

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, APS Plastering accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
